Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time May 20, 2026, in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221 and will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held May 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM at The Lodge located at 2120 West Main Street, Belleville, IL. Bid documents are available via email at Purchasing@swic.edu.
