Prospective bidders are required to attend. The specifications will be available on Monday, April 20, 2026 in the Purchasing Department at the Administration Building 1005 State Street, East St. Louis Il. 62201 after 10:00 A.M., or by email at yulrie.tanner@estl189.com. A 5% bid bond is required. All contractors and subcontractors are required to pay prevailing wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Each bid shall be sealed and plainly marked "RFB9274-ROOF WORK AT E. ST. LOUIS SR. HIGH & LINCOLN MIDDLE SCHOOL" on the outside of the mailing envelope or on the label and filed with the District Office, on or before 10:00 A.M. (central time) of the above date.
