PUBLIC NOTICE There will be a public hearing regarding the annual City of Belleville budget for the fiscal year beginning May 1, 2026 and ending on April 30, 2027 held as part of the regular City Council meeting on April 6, 2026 at 7:00pm at City Hall, Council Chambers, 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. Beginning March 5, 2026, the tentative budget will be available for public inspection in the City Clerk's Office at City Hall from 8:00a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and online at www.belleville.net.
