Notice to Bidders The City of Venice to Solicit Construction Bids for Venice Home Revitalization Water and Sewer Project Sealed proposals for the "Venice Home Revitalization Water and Sewer Project" will be received at the Mayor's Office at 329 Broadway, Venice IL, 62090 until 10:15 AM on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Sealed proposals will be opened and read publicly at the same time and place. Questions may be submitted until 12:00pm on Thursday, March 26, 2026. The work includes 36 sanitary laterals, 36 water services, and a total of 200 linear feet of new sewer main. Project also includes pavement removals, backfill, sheeting, shoring, and bracing as necessary, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work. Plans with additional Bidder requirements may be obtained at Oates Associates' office for no fee. IDOT prequalification is NOT required.
