CLAIR"; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "G" on page 25. Permanent Parcel No. 08-28-0-116-003. Parcel #3: Lot 51 and 52 of "CRYSTAL PALACE"; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "I" on page 13.
