TO: All owners, lienholders, and all other parties of interest with a current legal or equitable interest in the properties listed below (collectively, the "Parties").
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Belleville, Illinois, has previously determined the buildings on the following properties were vacant, open, and unsafe public nuisances, and immediate hazards to the surrounding community. Pursuant to court order, the City has completed the DEMOLITION of said buildings and the removal of all garbage and debris to eliminate these hazards.
NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE: The owner(s) of record are liable for all costs incurred by the City for the demolition and site clearance. The City has recorded a lien for these costs against each property. This publication serves as notice that the City is seeking cost recovery by foreclosing the lien on the following properties:
Parcel #1: Lot 57 of "SYCAMORE GLEN", a part of lots 8 and 9 of "MORGAN'S SUBDIVISION," US Survey 380 T 1 N, R 8 W of 3rd P M; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "74" on page 75. Commonly known as 59 Periwinkle Circle, Belleville, Illinois 62221. Permanent Parcel No. 08-34-0-203-006.
Parcel #2: Lot 25 of "2nd ADDITION TO ST. CLAIR"; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "G" on page 25. Permanent Parcel No. 08-28-0-116-003.
Parcel #3: Lot 51 and 52 of "CRYSTAL PALACE"; reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "I" on page 13. Permanent Parcel Nos. 08-20-0-312-007 and 8-20-0-312-008.
LEGAL RIGHTS: You have the right to object to these foreclosure actions by filing a legal objection in a court of competent jurisdiction, including the Circuit Court of St. Clair County. All filings must be served upon the City Clerk, 10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois 62220.
