THE CASEYVILLE VILLAGE HALL, 909 SOUTH MAIN STREET,
CASEYVILLE, ILLINOIS. AT WHICH TIME, THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WILL
DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Case No.: 2601-DCC; An amendment to the Development code to change section 40-2-41 B – Principal Building Requirement, SR-1 & SR-2 minimum square footage of 1000 feet required for new construction homes including modular home replacement. This will add section 40-2-41 C – Lot & Building Requirements which is the current section 40-2-41 B.
Case No.: 2602-DCC; To change the zoning of parcel #02-13.0-402-038 commonly known as
8853 Petroff Dr. Caseyville, IL 62232 from B-1 to B-2
