PUBLIC NOTICE The St. Clair County Housing Authority (SCCHA) has prepared its draft 2026 Agency Plan Update (APU). The documents are available for review and public comment at the SCCHA Central Office located at 1790 South 74th Street, Belleville and each site Management Office (511 South 6th St., Brooklyn; 500 Hinckley, Cahokia Heights and 4601 North Belt West, Belleville). Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The draft documents are also available on the SCCHA website www.sccha.org. A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at the SCCHA Central Office, Conference Room, at 5:00 p.m. The public is invited. Those with questions may call 618-277-3290, Ext. 6988.
