Public Notice Advertisement for Bids City of Belleville The City of Belleville, Illinois will be accepting sealed bids for playground installation at Laderman Park. Sealed bids are to be marked: "Laderman Park Playground Installation, RFP No. PW 2026-01" and must be submitted to the City Clerk's Office in City Hall, 101 S Illinois Street, Belleville, IL on or before 10:00 AM on March 5th, 2026, at which time bids received will be opened and read aloud in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Bid packets may be picked up at the Public Works Office, 512 W. Main Street, or may be found at www.belleville.net.
