BFW Contractors, LLC, Third-Party Defendant Case Number: 24LA0438 TO: BFW Contractors LLC, Registered Agent Frank Wilson, 5864 Enright, St. Louis, MO 63112 YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Third-Party Complaint has been filed against you in the above-entitled Court by Waste Management of Illinois seeking right of contribution and a judgment against Third-Party Defendant BFW Contractors, LLC. You are required to serve upon Counsel for Third-Party Plaintiff, Laura K. Beasley, Baker Sterchi Cowden & Rice LLC, whose address is 23 Public Square, Suite 400, Belleville, Illinois, 62220, an Answer or other responsive pleading to the Third-Party Complaint within thirty (30) days after the last date of publication of this Notice, exclusive of the day of publication, as required by law. If you fail to respond within the time allowed, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Third-Party Complaint.
