Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 34, T2N R8W of the 3rd P.M., said point being on the North line of said Section 4, said point also being on the centerline of Illinois Route 159; thence Easterly, along the North line of said Section 4, along the centerline of Drake Road, distance of 456.11 feet; thence Southerly a1ong a line making a counterclockwise angle from the last described course of 90° 44' 05", a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Drake Road; thence continuing Southerly, along the last described course, a distance of 436.05 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence continuing Southerly, along the last described course, a distance of 48.50 feet; thence Easterly, along a line making a clockwise angle from the last described course of 90° 44' 05", a distance of 365.18 feet to a point on the Westerly line of Smelting Works Road (30 feet wide); thence Southerly, along the Westerly line of said road making a counterclockwise angle from the last described course of 72° 14' 35", a distance of 219.44 feet; thence Westerly, along a line making a counterclockwise angle from the last described course 72° 09' 08", a distance of 528.03 feet; thence Northerly, along a line making a counterclockwise angle from the last described course of 90° 45' 40" a distance of 257.16 feet; thence Easterly, along a line making a counterclockwise angle from the last described course of 89° 15' 55" a distance of 96.31 feet to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
A Non-exclusive Easement for pedestrian and vehicular ingress, egress, passage and traffic for the benefit of Parcel 1 created by Reciprocal Easement dated January 15, 1998, and recorded in book 3218, page 235, made by and between Highway 159 Limited Partnership and Boomer Real Estate Holdings, L.L.C. over a strip of land 25 feet in width being the South 12.5 feet of Lot 1 and the North 12.5 feet to Lot 2 in Highway 159 Partnership Pointe (Plat Book 96, page 54)
