REQUEST FOR BID PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID Notice is given for the proposed construction of the SANITARY SEWER LINING AT FALLING SPRINGS ROAD (C.I.P.P. SEWER REMEDIATION – CDBG PY 2025 Phase XI), located in the Village of Sauget, St. Clair County, Sauget, IL. The base bid contract work in general shall include but not limited to the sanitary/storm sewer rehabilitation using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for approximately 390 lineal feet of 24" diameter vitrified clay sewer pipe, including associated work. Also included is the video-taped inspection of 390 lineal feet of 24" diameter pipe. Additional items and estimated quantities are inclusive in the bid proposal. A mandatory Pre-Bid meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Flexsys America LP (a.k.a. Eastman Chemical Corporation, a.k.a. Solutia, Inc., a.k.a. WG Krummrich) at #500 Monsanto Avenue, Sauget, IL 62206.
