PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PARKING LOT RESURFACING Separate sealed bids will be received by Southwestern Illinois College for Parking Lot Resurfacing at the Southwestern Illinois Justice and Workforce Development Center (SIJWDC) – Belleville, IL. Bids will be received until 10:30 AM prevailing time on Thursday, February 19, 2026 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Avenue, Main Complex – Room 3304, Belleville, IL 62221 and bids will be publicly opened and read at that time. Bid documents are available via email by contacting the Purchasing Office at Purchasing@swic.edu. There is no mandatory pre-bid meeting. Campus visits to view the SIJWDC parking lots are by appointment only. Contact the Purchasing Office to schedule.
