Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time February 17, 2026 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221 and will be publicly opened and read. A Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held February 10, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Belleville Campus, Main Complex Building, Room 3280, 3rd Floor.
