The purpose of the Plans is to outline the goals, objectives, and methodology the agency will use to provide assisted and affordable housing using federal funds. Beginning on January 29, 2026, the East St. Louis Housing Authority's proposed the 5-Year PHA Plan for 2026-2030 will be available for review by the public by appointment and can be found at: East St. Louis Housing Authority 700 N. 20th Street East St. Louis IL 62205 The Plan may be viewed between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment. Public comments will be accepted anytime during the 45-day public comment period.
