City of Belleville 101 South Illinois Street Belleville, IL 62220 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS The City of Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois, is accepting sealed Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for On-Call Professional Engineering Firms until 2:00 p.m. January 7, 2026, at the office of the City Clerk 101 South Illinois Street, Belleville, Illinois. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered. Interested firms shall submit two (2) printed complete copies of their submission and one (1) complete digital copy on a thumb/flash drive. At least one (1) of the printed copies shall not be held together by any sort of binding except for paperclips or binder clips. At least one (1) of the copies shall be a signed original. Please note "ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS" on the sealed envelope.
