NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION Notice is hereby given you Defendants, Non-Record Claimants, Unknown Owners, and Persons in Possession, that this foreclosure action was filed on or about December 8, 2025. 1. A legal description of the real estate is: Lot 119 in Block 6 of "Oakland Addition to the City of Belleville", reference being had to the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "B" on Page 48, (excepting therefrom that part conveyed to the City of Belleville, Illinois by Warranty Deed recorded March 18, 1991 as Document No. A01057064 in Book 2810 Page 101, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the most Southerly corner of said Lot 119, 83.68 feet to the most Easterly corner of said Lot 119, thence North 52 degrees 10 minutes 19 seconds West along the Northeasterly line of said Lot 119, 8.00 feet thence South 45 degrees 14 minutes 11 seconds West 82.34 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 119, then South 41 degrees 36 minutes 38 seconds East along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 119 fee, 3.00 feet to the point of beginning; also excepting the coal, oil and other minerals underlying the premises), in St. Clair County, Illinois.
