The City of East St. Louis is offering surplus vehicles for sale to the public. All vehicles are sold AS IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed written or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicles prior to purchase. All sales are final. Vehicles must be removed within 48 hours of sale. Vehicles may be inspected at 599 N. 20th Street, East St. Louis IL. 62205
