REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Sealed bids are requested from State of Illinois Licensed Abatement Contractors for: Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 Summer 2023 High School Vocational Education Renovation Collinsville, Illinois 62234 Qualifications and sealed bids will be received by the Superintendent of the Collinsville Community Unit School District #10 at the Administration Building, 201 West Clay Street, Collinsville, Illinois 62234, until January 5, 2026, 10:00 a.m., Central Standard Time. Bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud by the school administrative staff. Late bids will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, unopened. Bids submitted via facsimile machine will not be accepted. A 10% Bid Security will be required with each proposal. Bid Proposals will be firm for sixty (60) calendar days. The building will be made available for inspection during the mandatory pre-bid meeting. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 8, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. CST.
