Bids will be received until 2:00 PM prevailing time September 24, 2025 in the Purchasing Office, 2500 Carlyle Ave., Main Complex Room 3304, Belleville IL, 62221 and will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid meeting will be held September 5, 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Belleville Campus, Main Complex, Room 3280. Bid documents will be available by contacting Purchasing@swic.edu.
