Bids received will be opened publicly and read aloud at 6:00 pm, during the regularly scheduled Township Board Meeting. A pre-bid meeting will be held September 9, 2025 at 10:00 am, at Caseyville Township's East WWTP, located at #1 Ecology Drive, O'Fallon, Illinois 62269. This project is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the CDBG program administered by St. Clair County IGD. The awarded contractor is required to utilize Minority Business Enterprise(s) (MBE) in the minimum amount of 15% of the contract value.
