PUBLIC HEARING – INCENTIVE GRANT AGREEMENT TOWN OF MORRISVILLE & PROJECT TITAN PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Morrisville Town Council will hold a public hearing, pursuant to N.C. General Statute 158-7.1, on a proposed Incentive Grant Agreement with the company presented as Project Titan. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 6:00 pm in the Town Council Chambers at 100 Town Hall Drive in Morrisville, NC. Under the terms of the proposed Agreement, Project Titan will establish a high-value manufacturing operation that supports innovation and advanced production capabilities and hire 100 new employees over five years. If the firm meets certain capital investment and hiring goals, it will be eligible to receive incentive grants from the State of NC, Wake County and from the Town. The identity of Project Titan will be announced on or before November 21, 2025, in advance of the public hearing. Individuals present will have the opportunity to share their opinions with the Council in person for up to 3 minutes at the podium. Town Council meeting information, including the agenda, will be available at www.morrisvillenc.gov no later than the Friday prior to the meeting (November 21, 2025).
