PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT Texas Eastern Transmission, LP (TETLP) has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to decommission in place an existing 24-inch pipeline between Main Pass Area Block 165 and Viosca Knoll Area Block 203 in the Gulf of America.
