CITY OF MIAMI NOTICE OF TESTING OF THE TABULATING EQUOIPMENT (LOGIC AND ACCURACY TEST) AND CANVASSING BOARD SCHEDULE DECEMBER 9, 2025 RUN-OFF ELECTION (Subject to Change) The City of Miami Canvassing Board will convene at the Office of the Supervisor of Elections, 2700 NW 87th Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172. The Canvassing Board is convening on these dates for the December 9, 2025 City of Miami Run-Off Election. DATE/TIME ACTIVITY Friday, November 21, 2025 1. Logic and Accuracy Test of the touch screen and optical scan voting 10:00 a.m. system to be used for vote-by-mail, early voting, precinct ballots, and automated independent audit system 1. Public inspection of vote-by-mail ballots Thursday, December 4, 2025 (8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.) through 2.
