North Ave, Fresno, CA 93706 Legal Description: The East half of the South half of Lot 135 of FRESNO COLONY, according to the map thereof recorded in Book 2 Page 8 of Plats, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 201 feet thereof; ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North half thereof, except the West 201 feet.
