Public Notice HWC Acquisitions LLC has applied for a permit from South Carolina Department of Environmental Services Bureau of Coastal Management To remove the existing dock. To add a new joint-use dock with a 4' x 127' walkway with handrails leading to a 16' x 16' covered pierhead, 4' x 28' ramp, 10' x 40' floating dock, (1) 3' x 80' catwalks, (4) 12' x 13' boatlifts, and (4) 3' x 30' catwalks. The purpose of the project is for private and recreational joint-use at 101 & 99 Kingston Key, St Helena Island, SC 29920.
