CITY OF ROCK HILL ROCK HILL BOARD OF HISTORIC REVIEW NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PUBLIC MEETING The Rock Hill Board of Historic Review will hold a public hearing regarding the following items at their meeting on Thursday, December 4, 2025. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 155 Johnston Street, and will begin at 6:00 p.m. H-2025-08: Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness request for a new single-family home at 246 Mairon Street by Silvio Savo. This property is part of the Marion Street Historic District. Tax Parcel 600-04-02-003. The Board of Historic Review will be the final reviewing authority for the City. Interested members of the public and adjoining landowners will have the opportunity to speak at the hearing.
