NOTICE OF CHANGE OF MODESTO IRRIGATION DISTRICT BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING DAY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following resolution 2025-28 was adopted at the meeting of the MID Board of Directors held at the MID office on Tuesday, October 28. BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Modesto Irrigation District that the third Tuesday of the month shall be fixed as the regular meeting of said Board for the month of December 2025. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Modesto Irrigation District that except as specifically resolved, the second Tuesday of each month is hereby affirmed and fixed as the regular meeting of said Board of Directors of the Modesto Irrigation District.
