PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Public Hearing on Proposals. On May 29, 2025, AHSNF, Inc. ("AHSNF") adopted a resolution declaring its intent to sell, lease or convey four skilled nursing facilities, consisting of (1) Cleveland Pines, a facility with 120 licensed nursing beds located at 1404 N. Lafayette Street, Shelby, North Carolina, (2) Huntersville Oaks, a facility with 168 licensed nursing beds located at 12019 Verhoeff Drive, Huntersville, North Carolina, (3) Sardis Oaks, a facility with 124 licensed nursing beds located at 5151 Sardis Road, Charlotte, North Carolina, and (4) Stanly Manor, a facility with 90 licensed nursing beds located at 625 Bethany Road, Albemarle, North Carolina. AHSNF thereafter conducted a public hearing on the foregoing resolution of intent on June 19, 2025, and subsequently commenced a process to solicit proposals for the sale, lease or conveyance of the aforementioned skilled nursing facilities. AHSNF hereby provides notice that it will hold a public hearing at 2:30 p.m. on November 25, 2025, to hear public comments on proposals under consideration. This public hearing will be held remotely via Zoom.
