REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – RFP 25-21 RIDER INFORMATION & TRIP PLANNING PLATFORM SOLUTION Ben Franklin Transit, (BFT), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the procurement of a proven Rider Information & Trip Planning Platform Solution. Proposals are due on December 9, 2025, no later than 2:00 PM (PST). Contractors can create a free account in BFT's e-portal with OpenGov by signing up at: https://secure.procurenow.com/signup. Contractors will have access to download the solicitation documents. To submit a proposal, go to: https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/bft and click on "Submit Response", then follow the instructions to submit the electronic proposal by the proposal due date. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM (PST) via Microsoft Teams. BFT will award contracts, if at all, through the competitive negotiation process set out in this RFP. Proposers will be required to comply with all regulations applicable to Washington State and Benton County ordinances.
