PUBLIC NOTICE LEASE OF CITY PROPERTY The City Council of the City of Durham (City) intends to enter into a lease for a portion of the following city-owned property: 4238 University Drive, Durham, NC 27707 (Parcel ID 195741) The City intends to lease a portion of the property to the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS®, Inc. (DRAR) for a term of five years for the continued use of parking. In consideration of the lease, DRAR will pay the City an initial annual rent of 4,595.37. Rent will escalate by three percent each year. The lease includes one option to renew the term for five years with the same escalating rental rate. All persons interested in this lease are invited to attend the meeting of the City Council to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 101 City Hall Plaza, Durham, N.C. at 7:00 P.M., December 15, 2025.
