Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to allow the division of 25.34-acres creating one 20 +/- acre parcel and one 5 +/- acre parcel instead of the 40-acres required in an "A" Agricultural Industry Zone District, on the following described property: Pt of a tract of land described in a Trustee Deed to J & V Parker Farm LLC recorded as Document A02271609 (Tract 4) being part of Lots 2 and 4 in the SE 1/4 of Section 21, T. 2 S., R. 8 W., of the 3rd PM, St. Clair County, Illinois containing 25.34-acres. (PIN #17-21.0-400-018)
Which is known as 5901 Probst Road, New Athens, Illinois 62264, in Prairie DuLong Township.
