Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Zoning Board of Appeals of St. Clair County, Illinois, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 6:15 P.M. in the County Board Room, 5th Floor, St. Clair County Building, #10 Public Square, Belleville, Illinois, at which time and place the Board will consider the proposed variation to the County Zoning Ordinance as follows:
To consider a request for an Area/Bulk Variance to allow the division of 62.78-acres creating one 57.77 +/- acre parcel and one 5 +/- acre parcel instead of the 40-acres required in an "A" Agricultural Industry Zone District, on the following described property: Pt of the NW 1/2 of Lot 15 in the N pt of US Survey numbered 607, Claim numbered 2209, lying North and West of Richland Creek located in Section 22, T. 2 S. R. 8 W., of the 3rd P.M., containing 62.78-acres more or less. (PIN #17-22.0-400-013)
Which is known as 3266 Hidden Prairie Lane, New Athens, Illinois, in Prairie DuLong Township.
