Notice of Intent to Apply for the 2026 - 2027 Community Services Block Grant Funding The Community Services Block Grant Program under the umbrella of Passage Home, Inc. intends on applying for the 2026 - 2027 CSBG funding in the total amount of $1,210,898.00 to help assist low-income individuals and families of Wake County. This funding will be utilized to support individuals who desire to improve the economic solvency for themselves and their families through strategic goal development and achievement. The goal of the Community Services Block Grant funding is to provide supportive services to economically disadvantaged persons, alleviate poverty, and revitalize communities in the Wake County area.
