Bunn Elementary School HVAC Replacement Single prime bids are solicited and will be received in the office of Dr. Larranda Spivey, Franklin County Schools located at 53 West River Road, Room 109, Louisburg, NC 27549 at any time before 2pm on 12/16/2025 The project scope consists of covering a four-pipe system to a variety of DX equipment. The Kitchen scope involves replacing existing four pipe units with split system VRF units. The Dining Area consists of adding four Bard type units. The Admin and Media consists of three new VRF systems and a new ductless split for the MDF room. The existing classrooms will get new Bard units. The existing classroom support areas get a new VRF system.
