STANISLAUS COUNTY ORDINANCE C.S. 1405 Upon motion of Supervisor Grewal, seconded by Supervisor Withrow, Ordinance C.S. 1405 was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Stanislaus, State of California, this 4th day of November 2025, by the following called vote: AYES: SUPERVISORS: Chiesa, Withrow, Grewal, C. Condit and Chairman B. Condit NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAINING: None Ordinance C.S. 1405 repeals and replaces Chapter 6.78 and adopts a new Chapter 6.78 of the Stanislaus County Code relating to regulation of commercial cannabis activities in the unincorporated area of Stanislaus County. The replacement and adoption reflect necessary changes resulting from the passage of Measure P, as codified in Chapter 4.75 of the Stanislaus County Code. These changes include updating definitions to conform with those in Chapter 4.75; eliminating the requirement for development agreements in commercial cannabis activities; recognizing the expanded duties of the Treasurer-Tax Collector following the passage and implementation of Measure P. Additionally, local regulations have been simplified to better align with state regulatory requirements.
