REQUEST FOR BIDS PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Halfmoon Township Supervisors are accepting sealed bids for items as follows: Aggregate AS2 or AS4, 2A, 2B, 2RC, #3 Stone, #4 Stone, R4 Stone & DSA Bituminous Materials Bituminous Wearing Course 9.5 mm 50 gyration; Bituminous Binder Course 19 mm 50 gyration; 25 MM Binder & QPR – 2000 Bituminous Prime Coat E1 Prime All interested bidders must obtain a bid package from the Township Office for bid specifications. Bids are due at the office of Halfmoon Township, 100 Municipal Lane, Port Matilda, PA 16870, in Stormstown on or before 9:00 a.m., December 3rd, 2025. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the Township Office on December 3rd, 2025, at approximately 9:00 a.m. The Halfmoon Township Public Works Roadmaster will file a report of bids with the Board of Supervisors. The Board of Supervisors may award bids at their meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on December 11th, 2025.
