You have been made defendants in the lawsuit filed in this Court. The Petition filed against you is a civil action seeking to determine the sole and only heirs-at-law of Maggie McCorvey, deceased as the following: Bobby Lee McCorvey, John Curtis McCorvey, Dale McCorvey, Annie Pearl Duffy, Jennifer Quincilla McCorvey, Jackie "J.J." McCorvey, Jr., Jamari McCorvey, Kendrick Wooten and Marcus Burton.
