LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CEDAR HAMMOCK FIRE CONTROL DISTRICT AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025 BUDGET; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard at Cedar Hammock Fire Control District, Station 1, located at 5200 26th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34207, the Board of Fire Commissioners will hold a public hearing. The purpose of the hearing is to hear testimony and to adopt the Amended Budget for fiscal year 2024-2025. Following the public hearing, a regular business meeting of the Board will be held. No stenographic record by a certified court reporter is made of this meeting. If any person desires to appeal any decision of the Board of Fire Commissioners or of any other board of commission of the District, that person will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, (F.S. 286.0105).
