REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LEGAL NOTICE NORTHWEST REGIONAL COUNCIL REQUEST FOR INFORMATION FOR 2026 SENIOR NUTRITION SERVICES IN SKAGIT COUNTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Northwest Regional Council (NWRC) is soliciting responses to its Request for Information #2025-01 from qualified providers who are interested in contracting to provide Senior Nutrition Services in Skagit county for July – December 2026. Programs to be contracted include: Senior Nutrition Services including both Congregate and Home-Delivered meals.
