PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSISTENCY DETERMINATION UNDER THE COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT ACT The City of Gulfport has filed notice of a proposed project which requires review by the MS Department of Marine Resources to ensure compliance with the state's approved Coastal Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act. The applicant is proposing to install approximately 675 square feet (0.0155 acres) of rock riprap over geotextile with concrete grout to stabilize a streambank associated with a culvert located beneath Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, Harrison County, MS.
