(CDT) on January 14, 2026, for the following: REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS WATER MAIN AND SEWER PROJECTS ENGINEERING SERVICES Proposals are invited for engineering services necessary to perform: The design for water and sewer projects throughout Harrison County. Contract Documents, including the Facility Plans and Technical Specifications, are on file at the Office of Harrison County Utility Authority, Gulfport, Mississippi. Official proposal documents can also be downloaded from www.hcua-msbids.com or www.phbidding.com. Proposals can be submitted at Harrison County Utility Authority located at 10271 Express Drive, Gulfport, MS 39503. Bidder will be liable for any and all costs related to downloading electronic files, ordering hard copies, or costs otherwise related to obtaining documents and / or submitting bids/proposals.
