ADVERTISEMENT WA STATE CLEAN BUILDING ACT – CCB LIGHTING 2025-MPW-222 SCOPE OF WORK: The work proposed includes all the necessary *permits, fees, materials, equipment, labor, and related items to construct improvements to the County City Building located at 930 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98402. * Pierce County will pay fees for the General Building Permit and Plan Review for this project. The contractor is responsible for any specialty or other permits required for this project and shall include such fees in his bid. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $675,000.00 – 700,000,00 not including WA State Sales Tax. PRE-BID WALKTHROUGH AND SITE EXAMINATION: Pre-bid walk-throughs will be held at 930 Tacoma Ave S, Tacoma, WA 98402 on THURSDAY, 12/4/2025, at 6:00 AM PST/PDT and on Monday, 12/8/2025, at 6:00 AM PST/PDT. The walkthrough is anticipated to take approximately two hours and will include all areas involved in the project. HOLDER'S LIST: BIDDERS WHO REGISTER AND DOWNLOAD BID DOCUMENTS will be automatically added to the bidder's list in the OPENGOV Bidding Software. Notifications for bid updates, addendum and other bid information will be sent to all bidders who register with Pierce County OPENGOV and are a 'Bidder' under this bid number.
