NCDNCR Window Replacement Sealed Bids for the NC Archives Library Building Window Replacement will be received by the NC Department of Natural and Cultural Resources in Raleigh NC in the office of Erin Lawrence, 109 E. Jones St., Raleigh, NC 27601 and in the Auditorium (Room 104) up to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The work consists of replacement of all exterior windows for the building and a new canopy at the public entrance. Bids will be received on a Single Prime contract basis. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at 10:00 am in the Lobby of the Archives Building.
