Notice of Dissolution and Request for Claims Pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §33-14-107, MBF Homes, Inc., a South Carolina corporation, has dissolved in accordance with §33-14-102 of the South Carolina Code of Laws by filing its Articles of Dissolution in accordance with §33-14-103. Notice is hereby given pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §33-14-107 that persons with claims against MBF Homes, Inc. should present them in accordance with the following procedure: (A) in order to file a claim with MBF Homes, Inc., you must furnish the following (i) identity, mailing address and phone number of the claimant; (ii) amount of the claim; (iii) basis of the claim; and (iv) documentation of the claim; and B) the claim must be mailed to Kathleen K. Smith, 8800 Marina Parkway, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29572.
