NOTICE
This is a suit by Kenneth A. Perry to Quiet and Confirm Tax Title and for Other Relief as to that certain property legally described as:
LOT 47 ARLINGTON PARK S/D UNIT B DB 1357-812

PPIN 48494 YR 2015
Plaintiff, KENNETH A. PERRY, obtained his interest in the subject property by virtue of a QUITCLAIM DEED granted by Paul R. Campo, dated October 3, 20218, and recorded that same day, as #201820377 BK: 1906 PG: 24-25 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. Paul Campo, being the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 29, 2016, for the 2015 Jackson County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes which were not redeemed, was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance Land Sold for Taxes for said property dated September 27, 2018, which was recorded on September 28, 2018, as #201819966 BK: 1905 PG: 314-314 in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk.Additionally, Kenneth A. Perry was granted a Quitclaim Deed by John P. Reed Jr., dated September 28, 2018, and recorded on October 3, 2018, as #201820376 BK: 1906 PG: 22-23, in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. John P. Reed, Jr., conveyed was the assessed owner at the time of the aforementioned August 29, 2016, tax sale and the record owner 180 days prior to the end of the redemption period and the person entitled to statutory notice.

"Skip" Negrotto, IV, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose post office address is 300 Davis Avenue, Ste. 101-A, Pass Christian, MS 39571. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE 9th of November 2025, WHICH IS THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
You must also file the original of your Response with the Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi within a reasonable time afterward at 3104 Magnolia Street, Pascagoula, MS 39567-4127.
