This is a suit by LANDCO, LLC, to Quiet and Confirm Tax Title and for Other Relief as to that certain property legally described as:

UNIT 21ST ADD GPT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT 6/6/23 PARCEL NO:
1008K-02-059.000 S-T-R: 07-07-10 PPIN 52739 YR 2022
Plaintiff, LANDCO, LLC, obtained its interest in the subject property by being the highest and best bidder at the tax sale dated August 28, 2023, for the 2022 Harrison County, Mississippi ad valorem taxes, which were not redeemed, and was granted a Chancery Clerk's Conveyance Land Sold for Taxes dated September 29, 2025, and recorded that same day, as Instrument 2025-0021235-D-J1 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the First Judicial District of Harrison County, Mississippi
If you have a legal or equitable claim or interest in this real property and/or any personal property contained therein, you are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of your response to the Complaint to Quiet and Confirm Title and For Other Relief to the attorney for Plaintiff, Negrotto & Associates, PLLC, c/o Lewie G. "Skip" Negrotto, IV, the attorney for Plaintiff, whose post office address is 300 Davis Avenue, Ste. 101-A, Pass Christian, MS 39571. YOUR RESPONSE MUST BE MAILED OR DELIVERED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS FROM THE 9TH DAY OF NOVEMBER 2025, WHICH IS THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS SUMMONS. IF YOUR RESPONSE IS NOT SO MAILED OR DELIVERED, A JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT WILL BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
