Heritage Bank Legal Notice: Application of New Branch Heritage Bank has applied to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for permission to establish a new temporary branch in Spokane at 908 Howard, Suite 200, Spokane, WA 99201, and a permanent branch location at 201 W. North River Drive, Suite 605, Spokane, WA 99201. The new permanent location will be known as Heritage Bank's Spokane Commercial Banking Center and will open May 1, 2026. Any person wishing to comment on this proposed branch opening may file comments in writing with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation's regional director, Paul P. Worthing, at 25 Jesse Street at Ecker Square, Suite 2300, San Francisco, California 94105 before processing of the application has been completed. Processing will be completed no earlier than the fifteenth (15th) day following either the date of the last required publication or the date of receipt of the application by the FDIC, whichever is later. The period may be extended by the regional director for good cause. The non-confidential portion of the application file is available for inspection within one day following the request for such file. It may be inspected in the FDIC's regional office during regular business hours. Photocopies of information in the non-confidential portion of the application file will be made available upon request. A schedule of charges for such copies can be obtained from the FDIC's regional office.
