NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MECKLENBURG ON THE REQUEST TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NORTH CAROLINA COMMERICAL PROPERTY ASSESSED CAPITAL EXPENDITURE (C-PACE) PROGRAM Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners in the Meeting Chamber of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center, 600 East Fourth Street on November 18, 2025 at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, on a request for Mecklenburg County to participate in the North Carolina Commerical Property Assessed Capital Expenditure (C-PACE) program.
