STANISLAUS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (STANCOG) NOTICE OF 30-DAY PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING DRAFT 2026 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (RTIP) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Stanislaus Council of Governments (StanCOG) will hold a public hearing during StanCOG's scheduled Policy Board, which meets on Wednesday, November 19th, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is to receive comments on the Draft 2026 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). Every two years the California Transportation Commission (CTC) adopts a State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP). This document programs anticipated Federal and State funds to transportation projects for the next 5-years. StanCOG is required to prepare and submit the 2026 RTIP to the CTC by December 15, 2025. The RTIP, once approved by the CTC, becomes part of the STIP. This document has been prepared, and is being circulated for public review, in accordance with the CTC-adopted 2026 STIP Guidelines.
