City of Lakewood Notice of Application GTW Sports Complex CUP – PLN-2025-81 The City of Lakewood has received a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) application from Darren De Leon to remodel an existing 21,300SqFt suite into a sports recreation complex featuring basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and dodgeball courts, as well as a weight room, and a learning center. The project site is located at 4429 95th Street Southwest Bldg. 8-B (APN#: 402220070) which is on a 3.77 acre lot within the Industrial Business Park (IBP) zoning district. No new buildings will be constructed on the site. The comment period below may be the only opportunity to comment on this proposal.
